• Discovery Call: We’ll get to know you and your “why,” including your goals, timeline, business experience, financial qualifications, and what you’re looking for in a franchise opportunity.
• Brand Review: We'll take a deeper look at the Kitchen Tune-Up business model, owner role, investment, revenue opportunities, training and support, and what sets our brand apart.
• Application: You'll complete our Candidate Questionnaire/Application so we can learn more about your background, qualifications, and continued interest.
• Funding & Territory Discussion: We’ll discuss your funding plan, confirm financial qualifications, and explore available territories that align with your goals and market opportunities.
• Franchise Disclosure Document Review: Review the FDD, including investment, fees, franchisee obligations, agreements, and Item 19 Financial Performance Representations.
• Meet The Team Day: Virtually, you'll meet members of our leadership and support teams, learn more about the resources behind Kitchen Tune-Up, and determine together whether there’s a strong long-term fit
• Become a Franchise Owner: If we mutually decide to move forward, you’ll sign your Franchise Agreement and officially become a Kitchen Tune-Up franchise owner.
• Pre-Training Course: From there, you’ll begin onboarding, training, and preparing to launch your business, starting with an online pre-training course to be completed in 4 Weeks.
• Attend Training Academy: You'll then participate in a combination of virtual and in-person at the Home Franchise Concepts Experience Center in Dallas.
• 12-Week Post Training Action Plan with Accountability: Upon completion, you'll participate in a structured 12-week launch plan led by a dedicated team—including a marketing manager, sales coach, and operations manager—plus you'll get ongoing support to help you build momentum beyond launching your business.
