A Day in the Life of Jessica Winters, Kitchen Tune-Up Franchisee

After spending 20 years in the insurance industry and always building something for someone else, Jessica Winters decided it was time to build something for herself and her family! Jessica opened Kitchen Tune-Up Castle Rock, CO in June 2018. After her quick success and high demand in her market, her husband, Joel, left his job in the mortgage industry and joined the new family business!

Joel and Jessica are very family oriented and love spending time with their two kids and having Jessica’s sister on staff as their cabinet painter! They currently have two installation crews and have another franchise close enough that allows them to share crews to help manage the workload.

They say their lifestyle has changed drastically since they opened and all for the better! Taking away the crazy Denver traffic has given them two hours back each day they can spend as a family. They love being more connected to their community and meeting customers who end up having mutual friends, working with local contractors, or referring business to other small business owners.

Their future goals include opening a retail space nearby to help manage their two booming territories.
