Susan & Charlie Johnson have owned and operated their Kitchen Tune-Up franchise since 2008 and recently received the 2014 Regional Customer Service Award. They have built a team that proudly serves the Little Rock area and offers the variety of services that Kitchen Tune-Up is known for. 

Susan and Charlie recently shared with us a remodeling story involving their client Mrs. Sandra B. Sandra chose Kitchen Tune-Up specifically based on their exceptional recommendations on Angie’s List and was very pleased with how simple the process actually was. She trusted Susan and Charlie’s Kitchen Tune-Up team and considered their recommendations. Sandra wasn’t interested in painted cabinets but also didn’t want something too dark. Based on Susan’s recommendations, she chose a new gray stone stain color on mission-style doors and drawer fronts paired with Bianco Antico granite countertops. The original cabinet boxes stayed in place, and the Johnson’s team refaced them and increased the functionality with the addition of roll-out trays.  New flooring, backsplash, and appliances completed the striking transformation. The exceptional partnership between Susan and Sandra is a great example of the close working relationship our franchise owners have with their clients.
