Kitchen Tune-Up Continue to Grow in Phoenix
Homeowners in Phoenix have new experts ready to help make kitchen remodeling dreams into realities. Meet Anthony and Pamela Corvelli, Kitchen Tune-Up’s newest Phoenix franchisees.
Pamela spent more than 13 years as a criminal defense lawyer, and Anthony managed technology operations for a retail digital marketing platform. With two busy children and a love of RV travel and family time, the couple sought a new opportunity to meet their financial goals while fitting in with their family priorities.
The Corvellis looked at 20 businesses before finally choosing Kitchen Tune-Up as their future. What was the attraction? Kitchen Tune-Up is “a proven system,” Pamela notes. “It allowed for peace of mind that even though we are building a new business, we are not building from scratch. Seeing and hearing about other franchise owners’ success provided us validation that we could build a successful business.”
She also cites the company’s reputation for a positive, supportive relationship between the home office and the franchises. “We knew we would not be an island alone in the vast ocean,” Pamela says.
“Don’t Be Scared to Ask Questions”
Like other new Tunies in 2020, the Corvellis took Kitchen Tune-Up’s intensive, at-home training. The couple didn’t hesitate to take the virtual plunge.
“Knowing that [Kitchen Tune-Up] already hosted several other virtual trainings, I figured they were going to provide a quality training,” Pamela said. Training at home meant she and Anthony saved money and time and had access to all the comforts of home each night.
The couple found that Kitchen Tune-Up’s supportive culture extends to its training, too. Virtual training doesn’t mean franchisees are left to figure things out alone. “Don’t be scared to ask questions,” Pamela says. “Every Tunie is awesome and wants you to succeed!”
This active family moved to Gilbert, AZ, from Atlanta, in 2017. Their kids keep them busy with soccer, flag football, gymnastics, parkour training, and competitive family game nights. The whole family enjoys RV adventures with kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking.
