Corey joined Home Franchise Concepts in 2025 and has over 25 years of experience across several industries. He came to us from our parent company, JM Family Enterprises, where he held several positions including Group Vice President and ITS Chief Operating Officer. His primary focus is on growing and innovating the Home Franchise Concepts family of brands by attracting new franchisees, expanding organic growth opportunities, and positioning the company for long-term success. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Concordia College and attended the prestigious Executive Education program at Columbia Business School.

President, Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up

Cory serves is the President of Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up, bringing more than 18 years of franchise leadership experience to the brands. Throughout his career, he has helped franchise systems accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and guide strategic brand evolution. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Cory is passionate about supporting franchise owners, enhancing the customer experience, and fostering strong, people-first brand cultures.

Chief Financial Officer, Home Franchise Concepts

Amir leads Home Franchise Concepts’ financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, short and long-range planning and budgeting, and treasury. Amir has an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Josh is a purpose-driven leader with a track record of building high-performing franchise development organizations. Josh’s leadership philosophy centers on sustainable growth, team-first culture, and building environments where people can perform at a high level while supporting one another. Chief Marketing Officer, Home Franchise Concepts

Heather joined Home Franchise Concepts in early 2021. She is known in the marketing industry for building strategic brand platforms. Heather has more than 20 years of marketing expertise and has held leadership positions at Nissan, Mattel, Taco Bell and, most recently, Allergan. She understands the importance of partnership in franchise organizations and is focused on growing our brands together. 

Chief People Officer, Home Franchise Concepts

Paige is Chief People Officer for the Home Franchise Concepts family of brands. She focuses on establishing and building connections with the leadership team and associates. With twenty years of experience in Human Resources, Paige’s strong operational expertise, demonstrated business partnership, and culture focused approach serves her well in this position.

Vice President of Technology, Home Franchise Concepts

Bill leads the IT team supporting all Home Franchise Concepts brands by providing enterprise level technology solutions that enable our franchise owners to seamlessly support their customers. As a technology leader for over 25 years, Bill has been immersed in architecting technical solutions to meet complex enterprise level business needs with a heavy emphasis on data analytics, custom application development and AI.

Vice President of Franchise Development, Home Franchise Concepts

Aaron joined us in 2007 and leads the strategic planning and direction of franchise growth for all Home Franchise Concepts brands. His previous roles included Director of Franchise Development and Senior Franchise Advisor. Aaron leads a team of Franchise Advisors who have participated in awarding over 2,600 franchise territories throughout North America.

Vice President, General Counsel, Home Franchise Concepts

Megan serves as Vice President and General Counsel and responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, governance and compliance matters, advising the leadership team as the Home Franchise Concepts family continues to grow. Megan is active in the legal community and holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
